What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay for purchases at the Yahoo! Company Store website using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
How do I know my credit card and purchasing information is secure?
Your security is our priority. Yahoo! Company Store uses the industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting your payment information. With most browsers, you'll see an icon resembling a padlock displayed on the bottom of the window during SSL transactions. Any time the Yahoo! Company Store asks for a credit card number, it will be SSL encrypted and stored securely on our servers.
Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
The Yahoo! Company Store collects sales tax on taxable items shipped to the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MI, MN, NY, OH and TX.
How can I determine the shipping rate and delivery time for my order?
All orders are shipped with care using FedEx. To see the shipping rate for your order, use our handy shipping calculator during checkout. Rates are based on weight, location, and chosen shipping method.
All in stock orders placed before 11:00am Central will ship within 2 business days of order receipt and payment verification. Standard delivery method is FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified on your order. Expedited freight services are available on request. Please allow 3-7 days for standard delivery. FOB St. Paul, MN.
Can you ship Internationally?
Yes. We are now shipping internationally to all countries with Yahoo! Offices: Argentina, Australia, Belarus, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Vietnam.
When an international order is placed, we will process the necessary paperwork and contact the customer with the cost and time required for shipment.Can I check the status of my order online?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes a link for you to check your order status online.
What if I need to return or exchange an item?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn't right, please let us know.
Items purchased in the online store can also be returned or exchanged in person at our Yahoo! Company Store location in Sunnyvale.
Returns
We will gladly accept merchandise in original condition, with original invoice, for a full refund (minus original shipping cost) within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, an online store gift certificate will be issued. Without original invoice, an online store gift certificate will be issued for the current resale value. For your convenience, a return shipping label is included with your order.Clearance items can only be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. After that time, they are final sale, non-returnable.
Exchanges
Simply use the return shipping label included with your purchase to send back items in original condition, with original invoice, within 30 days of the delivery date. Please specify on the invoice what new item you'd like to receive. We will process your exchange and notify you of any additional charges to your account.
